Skyway Travel is a platform that provides reservation and information services for balloon tours and other tourism activities in the Cappadocia region. The company acts as an intermediary between tour operators and users.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Reservations can be made through the Site or via customer service.
• Full payment or the specified deposit amount may be required for a confirmed reservation.
• Prices include taxes; unless otherwise stated, additional expenses are the responsibility of the user.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Weather Conditions: If flights are cancelled by Civil Aviation due to weather conditions, the customer will be offered an alternative date if available, or a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
• Customer Cancellation: For cancellations made by the customer up to 24 hours (or the time specified in the tour details) before the tour start time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made later may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Disclaimer

Skyway Travel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the Site content but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. Skyway Travel is not directly responsible for service defects of third-party providers (hotels, transfers, balloon companies, etc.), but will mediate for resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and software on the Site belong to Skyway Travel or its licensors. They may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Changes

Skyway Travel reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Updated terms take effect on the date they are published on the Site.
